Whitestown Crossing

Whitestown Crossing is a 100-acre master-planned, mixed-use commercial real estate development zoned general business with all utilities. Located at the I–65 and State Road 267 interchange at exit 133 on the west side of I-65, the development is adjacent to Perry Industrial Park to the south and Anson to the east. When completed, the Whitestown Crossing master-planned development will include offices, hotels, restaurants, flex, retail, and possibly multi-family residential units. Available sites range from one to twenty-five acres.
We selected the Whitestown Crossing site because of its location on I-65 at the State Road 267 interchange. In our view, it allows easy access to and from one of the most heavily traveled corridors in and out of Indianapolis. For more information click here for contacts.
