Maple Grove is an 86-acre master-planned, mixed-use land development zoned general business, multi-family, and residential. Located at the I-65 and State Road 334 interchange about a mile east of I-65, the development is adjacent to Anson to the west. When completed, the Maple Grove master-planned development will include multi-family, residential, retail, and professional offices.
We selected Maple Grove because of its location and close proximity to Zionsville and I-65 at the State Road 334 interchange. In our view, it allows easy access to and from one of the most heavily traveled corridors in and out of Indianapolis.
